Complete Groups & Tee Times for the Opening Round of the IOA Invitational
Elizabeth Nagel, Carleigh Silvers, Julie Yang
8:14 a.m. – 1st Tee
Elizabeth Nagel arrives in Atlanta looking to pick up her first career win. The Michigan native is coming is coming off a T36 at the IOA Championship presented by Morongo Casino Resort & Spa and will play alongside Carleigh Silvers and Julie Yang in the first two rounds.
Silvers is making her second start in 2018 and looks to improve on her runner-up finish at the IOA Championship. Yang arrives in Atlanta poised for her first win on Tour with T11 and T17 in her first two starts this season.
Megan Osland, Stephanie Meadow, Maia Schechter
8:36 a.m. – 10th Tee
Third-year member, Megan Osland, is making her second start of 2018 and she looks to improve on her T29 finish in Beaumont, Ca. Osland is grouped with Stephanie Meadow and Maia Schechter in the opening rounds.
Volvik Race for the Card No. 2 Meadow arrives in Atlanta already a winner in 2018 after winning the IOA Championship. She looks to earn back-to-back wins on the Epson Tour and take over the top spot on the Money List.
Schechter is making her third start in Atlanta where she looks to improve on her T48 finish when Atlanta National Golf Course played host to the 2017 Epson Classic.
Linnea Strom, Jenny Haglund, Natalie Sheary
8:47 a.m. – 1st Tee
Linnea Strom has had a solid start to her rookie year with a T14 and T34 finish in the first two events of the Epson Tour season. The Swedish native will play alongside rookie Jenny Haglund and veteran Natalie Sheary in the opening rounds.
Sweden’s Haglund is playing stellar golf in 2018 and is in prime position for a win with a T7 finish at the IOA Championship on and a playoff win in Morocco to claim her first Ladies European Tour title at the Lalla Meryem Cup.
Sheary is making her third start in Atlanta and no stranger to the winner’s circle having won in 2016. Atlanta National Golf Course sets up well for Sheary, having posted a T13 result in 2016 when the club played host to the Gosling’s Dark ‘n Stormy Classic.
Jaclyn Jansen, Allie Knight, Prima Thammaraks
1:47 p.m – 1st tee
Volvik Race for the Card No. 7, Jaclyn Jansen, arrives in Atlanta looking to shake off her missed cut at the second event of the season. She is grouped with Tour veterans Allie Knight and Prima Thammaraks in the first two rounds of the IOA Invitational.
Knight is making her second start in 2018 and looks better her T41 finish at the IOA Championship in Beaumont, Ca.
In two starts at Atlanta National Golf Course, Thammaraks has a T14 at the 2017 Epson Classic and T3 at the 2016 Gosling’s Dark ‘n Stormy Classic, so look for her at the top of the leaderboard this year in Atlanta.
