Complete Groups & Tee Times for the Donald Ross Classic at French Lick
The Epson Tour tees it up this week for the Donald Ross Classic at French Lick; four featured groups highlight the 144-player field that will compete for a $225,000 purse from July 12-14 at the Donald Ross Course at French Lick Resort.
Karen Chung, Karolina Vlckova, Linnea Johansson
8:14 AM – 10th Tee
Karen Chung makes her first start in French Lick after coming off a T-46 finish at the Prasco Charity Championship. She will play alongside rookie Karolina Vlckova and second-year member Linnea Johansoon in the first two rounds.
Vlckova has yet to win in her rookie season but notched her best result of the year, a tie for fifth, at the Epson Classic. She sits No. 34 in the Volvik Race for the Cards standing and continues to rise with her consistent play having made the cut in each of her ten starts this season.
This week, Johansson makes her first start in French Lick after coming off a T-17 finish at the inaugural Prasco Charity Championship.
Jenny Coleman, Louise Ridderstrom, Dottie Ardina

This week Jenny Coleman plays with a bit more confidence after coming off a seventh-place finish at the Prasco Charity Championship. She is making her first start in French Lick and is grouped with Louise Ridderstrom and Dottie Ardina in the opening rounds.
Ridderstrom arrives in French Lick already a winner in 2018 after winning the Valley Forge Invitational; she has notched one additional top-5 finish this season and looks to be the first to earn a second victory in 2018. She will be making her second start in the Donald Ross Classic.
Volvik Race for the Card No. 2 Ardina has been as close to a lock for a top 25 finish as anyone this year. In six starts, she has finished outside the top 22 only twice, the last event when she finished T-42 and when she missed the cut at Florida’s Natural Charity Classic. Expect Ardina to rebound with a solid finish this week as she did after missing her only cut in 2018 where she finished solo second.
Prima Thammaraks, Fatima Fernandez Cano, Cheyenne Knight

Prima Thammaraks has yet to win on the Epson Tour, but she notched her best result of the year, a tie for third finish, at the Epson Classic. She is making her first start in French Lick after coming off a T-23 finish at the inaugural Prasco Charity Championship Thammaraks is grouped with Fatima Fernandez Cano and Cheyenne Knight in the opening rounds.
This week Fernandez Cano plays with a bit more confidence after coming off back-to-back top 10 finishes of a solo third at the Prasco Charity Championship and T-9 at the Island Resort Championship. Look for Fernandez Cano to continue moving of the Volvik Race for the Card standing this week in French Lick.
Knight has had a solid start to her rookie season with four consecutive cuts. She’s coming off a T-8 finish in Cincinnati and looks to build on her solid play; she is making her first start in the Donald Ross Classic and fifth of the season.
Jenny Haglund, Esther Lee, Morgane Metraux
1:25 PM – 1st Tee
Jenny Haglund arrives in French Lick looking to become the first two-time winner of the season; she currently sits atop the Volvik Race for the Card standings. The Sweden native has put herself in contention on more than one occasion this year with four top-10s, including a win at the Epson Classic. She will play alongside rookies Esther Lee and Morgane Metraux.
Lee has yet to win on the Epson Tour this season but has amassed six top 23 finishes in ten starts which has her sitting at No. 30 in the Volvik Race for the Cards standings. She is making her first start this week in French Lick. This week, Metraux makes her fifth start of the season and first in the Donald Ross Classic.
