Roberta Liti
Roberta Liti has had the most impressive stretch golf heading into the FireKeepers Casino Hotel Championship, the last event of the four-week tournament run. Liti has yet to finish outside the top-4 in her previous three tournaments, adding four more top-20 finishes in her other four events played. In the three-week stretch, the 27-year-old has had three rounds of 66 and only one over-par round in the nine rounds played. Liti also has the best scoring average on the Epson Tour of players who have played more than five events and is now No. 6 in the Race for the Card standings. Despite her great play over the 2023 season, Liti has yet to take home any hardware. Heading into Battle Creek Country Club, she will look to take home her first career victory.
Becca Huffer
Becca Huffer is off to the best start on the Epson Tour that she has had over the past couple of years. Huffer has only missed one cut in her nine events played during her 2023 campaign, with a T4 finish at Florida’s Natural Charity Classic being her best finish of the year, with her final round 65 (-7) also matching her career-best round. The Epson Tour veteran has yet to have a top finish since her top-4 finish in Winter Haven but has put an emphasis on playing consistent golf. The play is starting to shine through for Huffer, who has now snuck her way into the top 20 on the Race for the Card standings and, with a strong week in Battle Creek, can move inside the top 10. A top-10 finish this season would secure the 32-year-old LPGA Tour status for the first time since 2019.
Natasha Andrea Oon
Natasha Andrea Oon is in her rookie season on the Epson Tour and is already making waves. The 21-year-old from Malaysia has two runner-up finishes in 2023 and three additional top-10 results. Oon has the most rounds under par this season with 22. Not only does Oon card under-par rounds often, but she also rarely has an over-par round. She has only turned in a staggering two rounds over par in her nine events. Oon missed her first cut of the year last week at the Champions Fore Change Invitational but did so without an over-par round. The San Jose State University alumna sits at No. 3 on the Race for the Card standings and will look for a bounce-back week in Battle Creek to get her near the top of the list.
