Peiyun Chien wins the rain-shortened Kansas City Championship by one stroke over Emma Talley and Jackie Stoelting.
Players began the day at 7:30 a.m., but were shuttled off the course at 8:40 a.m. due to heavy storms in the area. The maintenance crew and Tour officials worked tirelessly over the next several hours to try and prepare the course for resumption of play, unfortunately the tournament never resumed.
Despite the weather-shortened event players and fans enjoyed the week at Staley Farms Golf Club and around Kansas City, players and fans shared photos from the week on social media. Here's a look back at the week.
