Christmas is a time for family to gather and friends to visit. A time to spread peace and happiness all around. Lights hung on tree branches, bright bows on the perfect presents and the crackle of the fire in the fireplace are all part of this special time of year. SymetraTour.com caught up with Daniela Iacobelli to find out her thoughts on the perfect gift and how she would be spending the holiday break.
What are you doing for the holidays?
Not entirely sure yet. Presumably just hanging out with mom and possibly working, golf courses never close.
Are you a late or early Christmas shopper?
Late, I never know what to buy people.
Hardest/easiest person to buy for?
My mother. Hands down.
Favorite Christmas song?
Real or artificial tree? When does it go up/come down?
I actually draw a picture of a tree and hang it up in the kitchen. Put up and take down time is about 36 seconds total. Goes up Thanksgiving day and comes down day after Christmas.
Do you open presents on Christmas Eve or Christmas morning?
I like Christmas morning but mom usually gets too excited and we do it Christmas night.
Any family traditions?
Favorite ornament or decoration?
I like icicle lights they look cool, but just Christmas lights in general make me happy especially an abundance of them.
Do you live where it snows? If yes, are you hoping for a white Christmas?
No, thankfully! Hoping to golf in shorts.
One thing that makes you happiest at Christmas?
Getting ready for the new year and watching Home Alone.
What's the best holiday gift you've ever given and received?
That's a tough one. I think I got a Barbie convertible car when I was five and that was pretty sweet. As for given, and I'm not sure I'll have to ask around.
