Christmas is a time for family to gather and friends to visit. A time to spread peace and happiness all around. Lights hung on tree branches, bright bows on the perfect presents and the crackle of the fire in the fireplace are all part of this special time of year. SymetraTour.com caught up with Stephanie Connelly to find out her thoughts on the perfect gift and how she would be spending the holiday break.
What are you doing for the holidays?
I think I'll just be having family in Jacksonville and probably doing some visiting with friends.
Are you a late or early Christmas shopper?
Hardest/easiest person to buy for?
Dad is the hardest, do my dogs count as easiest?
Favorite Christmas song?
Baby, it's cold outside.
Real or artificial tree? When does it go up/come down?
Real! Goes up about a week or two weeks before and comes down about New Year's Day.
Do you open presents on Christmas Eve or Christmas morning?
Any family traditions?
Dad always makes a pancake breakfast after we open presents.
Favorite ornament or decoration?
Hmmm. My favorite ornaments are really all of them since I have picked them up over the years. I love multicolor lights as decorations.
Do you live where it snows? If yes, are you hoping for a white Christmas?
Not anymore! I do love a white. Christmas though.
One thing that makes you happiest at Christmas?
Visiting with family and friends that I don't see much the rest of the year.
What's the best holiday gift you've ever given? And received?
That's a tough one. I can't think of one right now!
