Holiday Q&A with Katie Burnett

Christmas is a time for family to gather and friends to visit. A time to spread peace and happiness all around. Lights hung on tree branches, bright bows on the perfect presents and the crackle of the fire in the fireplace are all part of this special time of year. caught up with Katie Burnett to find out her thoughts on the perfect gift and how she would be spending the holiday break.

What are you doing for the holidays?
I will actually be in Europe this year for Christmas.

Are you a late or early Christmas shopper?
This year an early shopper because I won’t be home

Hardest/easiest person to buy for?
Easiest person my niece or brother, hardest probably my mom.

Real or artificial tree? When does it go up/come down?
Has to be Real!!! It goes up about a week after Thanksgiving and comes down after the New Year.

Do you open presents on Christmas Eve or Christmas morning?
Used to open a present on Christmas Eve with my dad’s family, but always open the rest the morning of Christmas.

Any family traditions?
Always got to my grandmother’s at lunch time just like Thanksgiving.

Do you live where it snows? If yes, are you hoping for a white Christmas?
No, don’t live where it snows, but since I will be in Europe for Christmas this year I am hoping for my first white Christmas J

One thing that makes you happiest at Christmas?
Being with family.

A plane ticket for both!!
